Multi MID (Merchant ID) is a feature where individual stylists/users have their own merchant account. This setting must be enabled for enabling Multi MID for the business. Then individual users need to set their MID.
Service Providers can have specialization such as Hair Care, Nail Care. When customers are booking an appointment, the app will match customer's service request to the Service Provider's specialziation. But default, this requested service to Service Provider's specialization is off. Such matching can be enabled in Settings menu called "Strictly Enforce Specialization Match".
Booking of an appointment can be created by an administrator or a call center on your salon's behalf. This setting will enable or disable auto accepting bookings coming from that channel.
Language can be selected here. This changes the app's merchant facing screen. If there is a front facing or customer facing screen, that screen still is in the default langauage.
Various events such as new appointment or cancellations are notified in the bell icon on the dashboard. This option disables or enables such notifications.
