Installation of Sky Salon on Poynt Terminals
Sky Salon can be found on the Poynt App Store. Ensure that your business' MCC code is one of Salons/Doctor's offices. Install the app by selecting it in the app store. Upon launching the app, the app will check for a valid subscription. If a subscription is not found, it will ask you to select one.
Sign Up
Once you reach the login screen, tap on the New Business? Signup link.
The following signup screen is presented. Most of the data may be prefilled if available on the device.
Please fill all the fields. Notes about some of the fields:

| Salon Business Phone | This is the salon's public phone number. Will be used as the phone number in emails sent to your customers or marketing |
| Owner's Phone | This is the owner's phone number. Will not be used in public marketing. Used to contact you for app related support or other business matters |
| Owner's Email | This is the owner's email. Also your login ID. Will not be used in public marketing to your customers. Used to contact you for app related support or other business matters |
| Password | This password in combination with the owner's email is used to login to the app. |
| Text messages | Allow text messages to your phone is a permission you are providing us, app's support system to contact you for app related matters via text or SMS or other message. Recommend to set this to yes to obtain easier and secure access to support services. Your carrier may charge you for receiving or sending texts |
Welcome Email
Once the fields are complete, tap on Sign Up button. An email is sent to Owner's email with a link to activate your account. You must activate your account by clicking on the link in the email. Please check your spam, promotions or social folders for an email from silverskysoft.com. Please add silverskysoft.com to your whitelist email domains so that you may get our messages going forward. Below is a sample welcome email (note : design and colors may vary).
After you successfully activate your account, you may sign into the app. Tap the back button to return to the sign in page.
